Yes. Free comes with 100 one-time credits, about 3 product photos, and every photo tool; video plans start at $19. Free images carry a small watermark; paid plans add monthly credits, no watermark and more generations at once.

Each generation or edit costs a set number of credits, at the same rates on every plan (see the table above). The tool shows the exact credit cost before you press Generate, that amount is reserved when you submit, and a failed generation is refunded in full, automatically. Plan credits arrive on your billing date and expire when the next ones arrive, so they never roll over; top-up credits never expire and are used after plan credits.

Starter covers about 26 product photos a month, Pro about 116 and Max about 333 — or 1, 4 and 13 fifteen-second 480p videos, or any mix. 720p and 1080p cost more credits per second, and Free's 100 one-time credits cover about 3 photos.

Yes — paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly. Cancel anytime from the billing page: your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free and new images carry the watermark again. Your library stays private and downloadable, and top-up credits stay usable.

Yes. An upgrade takes effect as soon as checkout completes and adds the new plan's credits right away; credits you already have stay until they expire. The new plan is billed in full, and your old plan doesn't renew. To move to a smaller plan, cancel from the billing page — your current plan runs to the end of the period you paid for — and subscribe to the smaller plan once it ends.

Yes, on any paid plan: add a 500- or 1,500-credit pack from the credits menu in the app. Packs never expire and are used after your plan credits.

Some plans include free allowances or unlimited use of background removal or 4K image upscaling — each plan card shows which. Video upscaling is billed in credits on every plan. Free allowances reset on your billing date and don't roll over. This work runs in a standard queue, one task at a time: your next free task starts once the previous one has finished. It may wait at busy times; heavy use is slowed gradually, never cut off, and the tool shows the estimated wait. You can always generate with credits instead, for priority. When an allowance runs out, the tool shows the credit price before anything is charged — nothing shown as free is billed without your confirmation. Allowances are for your own use; automated or shared use can pause them (Terms, section 9.8).

Yes. On every plan, what you generate is yours to use in your own listings, ads, social posts, packaging and marketing, and you keep all rights to what you upload. The full terms are in our Terms of Service.
